The new photos of the “Titan Ada” were first sighted over on social media, but the original source of the images stemmed from Goofish, the China-based digital marketplace where consumers are able to purchase second-hand hardware or items that never officially saw the light of day. It’s the first time that the 4-slot cooler is seen from other angles, along with a side-by-side comparison between it and a a Founders Edition cooler shroud of an RTX 30 Series card, presumably an RTX 3090.

We refer to it as Titan Ada, but it has gone by names like RTX 4090 Ti, next-gen Titan, or even the RTX 4090. The latter is obviously no longer applicable, but one image of the card posted by Hassan Mujtaba clearly shows the lining of the shroud etched with the label, indicating that this could have simply been an initial prototype before the finished product that exists now. One of the most distinctive or unique features of the Titan Ada GPU, though, was the way the outputs were stack in a column, instead of being laid out horizontally. Again, while the likelihood of such a card being sold by NVIDIA is low, there is a value for collectors that are fortunate enough to have procured this cooler, simply because it is one of a kind.
