The MatePad 11 2023 features an 11-inch 2560×1600 IPS display with a refresh rate of 120Hz and a tall 16:10 aspect ratio. While the tablet comes with either regular glass or matte glass options for the screen, it seems Huawei is only bringing the regular glass version here. Under the hood, the tablet runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 chipset paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage with no expandability. It has support for Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, and is even compatible with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) along with the LDAC codec. Speaking of sound, the MatePad 11 2023 has four speakers as well as two microphones for video calling. The back is fitted with a 13MP autofocus camera while up front, it houses an 8MP fixed-lens snapper. Powering the tablet is the same battery as last year’s with a 7,250mAh capacity and a claimed video playback time of 12 hours. Huawei did not disclose the exact charging speed. It ships with HarmonyOS 3.1 and unlike the offering in China, the tablet is only being made available in black here. The Huawei MatePad 11 2023 is priced at RM1,799 and is available for pre-order now until 14 April on the company’s website as well as its stores on Shopee and Lazada.
