1. Dial *#31#
Almost sure shot and easiest way to fix the problem of call failed on your iPhone is to dial *#31#.
2. Turn off and on Airplane Mode
Open the Settings app and tap on the icon for Airplane Mode to enable it. After 30 seconds, tap on the same toggle to disable it. Now, try to make a phone call. It should work.
3. Restart your iPhone

Finally, if nothing helps, contact your mobile carrier.
