At a glance, the Studio Buds+ have seemingly taken a page out of Nothing’s playbook for aesthetics; both the casing and earbuds are transparent, allowing users to see right the internals that makes up each component. Honestly, it’s like a wet dream for engineers and folks that are into the whole well-built moving parts fetish. Moving on to the specs, the Studio Buds+ separates itself from its predecessor with support for one long-awaited feature: Spatial Audio. This means that consumers who purchase these earbuds will be able to enjoy theatre-grade audio from their favourite media, be it music or movies. Other specifications of earbuds include a new Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) feature that is 1.6 times stronger, and up to nine hours of continuous usage with the earbuds, with an additional 27 hours from the charging case. On that note, the casing also comes with Fast Fuel charging, a feature that provides one hour of use for just five minutes of charging. As they are under Apple’s portfolio, the Studio Buds+ also support a host of Apple features, including one-touch pairing, support for “Hey Siri”, the Find My feature that allows you to locate them on a map, based on their last known location, and of course, OTA updates. Of course, they also work with Android devices, and if said devices support Spatial Audio or Dolby Atmos, that’s an extra added bonus. At the time of writing, the Beats Studio Buds+ have already appeared on Apple’s product page, but the “Add to Bag” button is still greyed out. The earbuds retail at RM699 and besides the Transparent model, it is also available in two other colours: Black/Gold and Ivory. (Source: Apple)
