Much like its larger sibling that Acer showcased during Computex 2023 in Taiwan, the Predator Triton 14 could easily be mistaken for a day-to-day laptop due to its minimalist design. This model in particular comes with a 18.9mm chassis and weighs just 1.7kg. It comes with a full range of ports, including a MicroSD card reader for quick transfer of photos and videos. Additionally, also onboard are DTS:X tuned speakers and a built-in FHD camera with AI-enabled Purified View technology. For display, equipped on the new Predator Triton 14 is a 14-inch WQXGA (2560 x 1600 pixel) IPS display that covers 100% of the DCI-P3 colour gamut and supports 165Hz refresh rate. Under its hood is a 13 Gen Intel Core i7-13700H processor, either an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 or RTX 4050 GPU, 32GB of 6,000MHz LPDDR5 RAM, and 1TB PCIe NVMe Gen4 SSD. Besides that, featured onboard the laptop is Acer’s custom-engineered 5th Gen AeroBlade 3D Fan Technology, Vortex Flow airflow optimisation, and liquid thermal grease that’s pre-applied on the CPU. Lastly, it also comes with Microsoft’s Windows 11 Home operating system and the latest Intel Killer WiFi 6E AX1675i which ensures for unfettered speeds. The all-new Acer Predator Triton is now available via the brand’s official eStore, and will eventually be added to its Shopee and Lazada online stores. Pricing-wise, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX4050 option is retailing for RM7,599 while the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 is going for RM8,999. The company adds that those who purchase the laptop from 3 to 16 July 2023 are also eligible to receive an Acer Nitro VG270 E monitor and Trend Micro Antivirus for free.
